Professor Stephen Cottrell came to visit the School of Cultural Industry

On March 11th and March 12th, Professor Stephen Cottrell, the associate dean of the school of Arts and Social Science, City University London came to visit Nanjing University of the Arts and met the associate dean of the school of Cultural Industries and the staff from the International Office to discuss the possible collaboration in cultural industry management. The collaboration forms can be “3 +1 +1” at undergraduate level, “1 +1 +1” at graduate-level, and short-term projects such as summer school visits and one semester exchange program.

During the visit, Professor Stephen Cottrell was also invited to give a lecture on “Creative Talent Management”to the sophomore students from the school of cultural industries. Professor Stephen Cottrell combined his personal experience of creative talent management with the detailed analysis of the characteristics of creative talents to illustrate the effective way to manage occupational demand and creative talent, which effectively stimulates students' interest and enthusiasm and enriches the teaching content.
