Yu Feng
Secretary of the Party Committee

Yu Feng,a member of the Communist Party of China, held a doctoral degree in Management. He is a researcher and was a visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego. He is included in the 333 High-level Talents Training Project in Jiangsu Province. He is also the Executive Director of the Higher Education Management Branch of the China Association of Higher Education and the Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Society of Macroeconomics.

Yu Feng graduated from Yangzhou University in June 1992 and remained at the university after graduation as a faculty member, and later he graduated from the Post-graduate School of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC and Nanjing Agricultural University. Other leadership roles included serving as Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Yangzhou University, Director of Students' Affairs, Director of the School Department and Director of the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee of the Youth League, Vice President and Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Nanjing University of the Arts, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Nanjing Normal University of Special Education. In November 2021, he became the secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing University of the Arts.

Yu Feng has been engaged in the research of public management,cultural industry management and higher education management for a long time. Chinese core journals such as China Higher Education, International and Comparative Education,Jianghai Academic Journal,and Fine Arts and Design, etc. have accepted more than 30 papers of his work. Yu has presided over or participated in many major projects of National Social Science, key projects of the National Language Commission, scientific research projects at provincial or ministerial levels, and published several monographs and books. He has been awarded the First Prize for Higher Education Teaching Achievement in Jiangsu Province.

His major responsibilities include the overall management of the school Party committee affairsand human resources.
