On February 23, the Work Conference of Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Joint Construction for Universities and Colleges was held at China Academy of Art. Hu Heping, who is the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and the Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Hu Wei, who is the Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, both attended the conference and delivered speeches.
