On September 20th, a delegation from the Conservatorio di Musica “Luca Marenzio” in Italy visited NUA to discuss cultural and artistic exchanges as well as cooperation in talent cultivation. Zhang Jie, Vice President of NUA, provided an overview of NUA’s history and the previous collaborations with Italian institutions, expressing hopes for deepening cooperation on multiple levels in the future. Giammatteo Rizzonelli, President of the Brescia Luca Marenzio Music Conservatory, shared his expectations for the collaboration and introduced the conservatory’s blueprint for international development. The following day, the conservatory’s symphony orchestra performed at the NUA Concert Hall, celebrating Chinese-Italian friendship with the music piece of “My Motherland”. This visit has fostered deeper cooperation between the two institutions in the field of music education and enhanced cultural exchanges between China and Italy.
