Recently, the "Visuality Daily" International Design Education Series of Academic Activities, co-hosted by Nanjing University of the Arts and the C-IDEA Association, was held at the NUA Art Museum. The event focused on visual design, education, and future development trends in a technological environment. It featured an opening ceremony, roundtable forums, academic lectures, workshops, and an exhibition of winning works from the C-IDEA Design Award. Global experts and scholars in the field of design engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as visual design and the application of artificial intelligence in design. Professor Lyu Shaoqing, Vice President of Nanjing University of the Arts, emphasized that visual design is not only about everyday applications but also encompasses history, culture, and innovation. Professor David Black, President of the C-IDEA Association, introduced the association's background and advocated for academic and project collaborations. During the event, participants also visited cultural heritage sites in Nanjing, gaining a deeper understanding of the integration of traditional and modern design in China. This event provided new opportunities to promote international design education and cultural exchange, further enhancing NUA's global influence.
