| NUA Successfully Hosts the 2025 Higher Education Management Program for El Salvador Delegation |
NUA successfully organized an advanced training program on higher education management for a delegation from El Salvador's Ministry of Education between October 27 and November 1, 2025. The program formed part of a key international exchange initiative led by El Salvador's Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. At the opening ceremony on October 27, NUA President Zhang Linghao reflected on previous artistic and talent-development collaborations between the two sides and encouraged delegates to gain a deeper understanding of contemporary China. The graduation ceremony on November 1 saw Vice President Zhang Jie present completion certificates to the delegation. She emphasized that the program not only served as a study platform for education administrators from El Salvador, but also demonstrated the international influence of Chinese education, helping to advance the "Study in China" brand. The signing of the "China-El Salvador Higher Education Cooperation Initiative" during the ceremony actively implemented the exchange goals set out in the "China-CELAC Joint Action Plan for Cooperation in Key Areas". Over the six-day program, the delegation—comprising eight officials from the Ministry of Education, university presidents, and scholars—visited higher education institutions and cultural organizations in Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, and Shanghai. Through immersive observation, they gained first-hand insight into China's achievements in higher education, with a focus on advanced experience in discipline innovation, digital transformation, and the cultivation of top-tier talent. At the graduation ceremony, NUA and the Higher Education Department of El Salvador signed the "China-El Salvador Higher Education Cooperation Initiative", marking a new chapter in educational collaboration between the two countries. The program represented both a concrete implementation of the "China-CELAC Joint Action Plan for Cooperation in Key Areas" and a milestone in promoting the "Study at NUA" international brand and deepening China-El Salvador cultural exchange mechanisms.
