On November 4, a delegation from India's cultural sector visited Nanjing University of the Arts (NUA). NUA Party Secretary Yu Feng received the delegation in the VIP reception room of the Administration Building, accompanied by NUA senior leaders including Zhang Jie,Vice President and Member of the Standing Committee of the NUA Party Committee, and LiZhipeng, Director of the Integrated Office of Party Committee and University Administration, Head of the Publicity Department, and also a Member of the Standing Committee of the NUA Party Committee. Responsible officials from the Office of International Exchange, the School of Drama, Film, & Television, and the School of Dance also joined the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on cooperation in arts education. The Indian delegation put forward multiple proposals for collaboration, including student exchange programs and jointly organized academic symposia. Following the talks, they toured the School of Fine Arts and Calligraphy and the School of Drama, Film, & Television. The visit yielded substantial outcomes, including a cooperation intent in the fields of folk craft preservation and digital art creation, and a plan to co-host the "China-India Visual Arts Biennale" in 2026.
