“Poems of Peace: International Touring Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese Peace Posters” recently opened at the China Cultural Center in Paris, France. Supported bythe 2026 Communication and Outreach Program of the National Arts Fund of China, the exhibition ishosted by Nanjing University of the Arts(NUA), with the China Cultural Center in Paris, the Institute of National Memory and International Peace Studies, and the School of Design at NUA as co-organizers.

Featuring 200 outstanding contemporary Chinese peace poster works, the exhibition unfolded its narrative across four thematic sections. Taking global peace culture as its value foundation and a community with a shared future for mankind as its practical guiding vision, it interpreted China’s ancient wisdom of “harmony and co-existence” through multiple perspectives ranging from tradition and modernity, East and West, while presenting diverse global understandings of peace.
